Worst check-in experience ever! The hotel receptionist got every single part of the booking wrong (5 rooms) and it took over an hour to sort it out while 12 people were waiting in the lobby, with my parents not being sure if they had a room for the night. The man was rude, aggressive and unhelpful. We also had booked two cots and they only provided one despite an email confirming this was possible. When we asked for help on that matter, the receptionist refused and even said we could "leave a bad review, call a lawyer, I don't care." A second cot was provided on the second night. There is no way to complain to the management. The email for complaints is the same as the one for bookings, and despite sending two emails we never heard back from them. Avoid!
