Huquan Tianyi Hotel

The rooms are villa-style, surrounded by lush greenery, so you don't feel too close to other villas or disturbed. Across from us were other villas, but from our room, all we saw were swans and the lake. The hotel needs to be mindful of mosquito control; the mosquitoes here are quite vicious. It's been months, and the bite marks still haven't faded. The hillside hot springs are a unique feature; I even found orange-scented springs! The shuttle bus service is very convenient, and the staff's smiles are so warm! It was a truly delightful vacation!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant temperature. The service was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our whole family had a great time, and we'll definitely be back!

Environment: The hotel is located in a park with lush vegetation and air freshener, but all the rooms have doors that can be opened; there are no windows or screen doors. At night, all doors have to be closed to keep out animals and insects, making it stuffy and causing me to wake up late at night to watch games on Mu Sen (a popular Chinese video-sharing website) 🤣. Finally, in the morning, when I opened the door for some fresh air, I got bitten by mosquitoes 😭. Facilities: Initially, I let my child watch TV on the first floor, but the cushions near the TV on the sofa were damp, so I took him to the second floor. However, the TV speakers on the second floor were faulty, resulting in unclear sound quality 😅. With all the doors closed, I had to turn on the air conditioner, which I don't like, but there were no fan speed indicators on the vents; I had to stand under the vent to check if it was on 😭. So, overall, the experience was just average.

Facilities: The room is very comfortable and well-equipped. The only thing I felt was that the bed was too soft, which is not suitable for people with bad waists. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, especially the hot spring in the room. After dinner, the hotel staff will clean the hot spring again. You can smell the obvious smell of chlorine, which makes you feel safe. Environment: The hotel is very quiet. It is very suitable to come here to relax after staying in the bustling city for a long time. The scenery is good and the negative ion content is relatively high. Service: Before checking in, the hotel staff will contact you in advance to understand your needs. When you arrive at the store, you will see that the staff are very enthusiastic. After checking out, there will be local specialties as souvenirs.

I like this place very much, it's like living in a forest, with towering trees and bamboo forests, beautiful scenery, birds singing and flowers blooming, clean and comfortable bedding, complete facilities, super comfortable private hot spring, and green all around when you open the curtains. The best thing is the service of Tianyi. From check-in to check-out, all the staff will take the initiative to ask about your needs. As soon as we parked our car in the parking lot, the shuttle bus arrived immediately, and there was no need to call. Any staff member we met in the hotel would take the initiative to greet and offer help. You can tell the staff at the lobby door if you have any questions, and their attitude is as sincere as spring breeze. It is a good hotel worth staying in.

The hotel is located in the Lake Spring Resort, which is full of coconut trees. Entering the hotel feels like living in a forest park, with lush greenery and very quiet. The rooms are all villa-type, suitable for a family trip, with a swimming pool and a private hot spring bathing pool, and very private. The service is even more satisfactory. We took the initiative to contact and arrange early check-in, and the housekeeper responded immediately to any needs. After soaking in the hot spring in the afternoon, we immediately cleaned the room and the hot spring pool while we went out for dinner. We also prepared candles and rose petals for the evening hot spring bath, and there were also evening desserts. It was really a great experience. You can lie down comfortably without leaving the hotel. It is the hotel with the best service and facilities so far.
