Environment: Located in the heart of the city, the downstairs is filthy and awful. The tractor-trail makes turning around difficult, and the noise downstairs is unbearable at night! The room itself is truly terrible. The "warm home" sign on the wall is completely forced, a complete PUA. The photos make it look like a decent B&B, but upon arrival, you'll realize you're in a farmhouse in the mountains.
Cleanliness: Considering it a vacation, the accommodations are practically a refugee retreat. For the price, it's a complete waste. The bathroom is covered in mold. In such a dry area, the bed actually smells a bit musty. The peeling paint on the walls made me feel like I'm fleeing!
Amenities: There are absolutely no amenities. The only private bathing facility is a bathtub. Initially, I tolerated it; after all, the word "private" is in the name, so it's not a bath. The problem is the distance between this single facility and the toilet. At 175cm tall, my legs get stuck in it when I sit down. Hahaha, I can even poop in the bathtub. It's an amazing experience! The bathtub was leaking, so you could use the restroom while treading in the stream—a standard amenity in a farmhouse! The water from the shower was so gushing it felt like a dripping Guanyin. Even in the summer, it was freezing cold!
Service: The only positive thing was the friendly front desk staff, who explained everything and offered thoughtful gifts like yogurt, flower cakes, and rose vinegar. As the problems became more and more apparent, the hostess finally moved us to another room.
One tip: Before traveling, research historical and future prices. B&Bs with 300% premiums are definitely not recommended; they're likely scams.
