Facilities: Fully equipped, the laundry room and breakfast were both good, simple yet cozy. Cleanliness: Tidy, and cleaned promptly. Environment: Good, although the road construction in front made it a bit hard to find when driving. Service: Attentive and thorough, all the staff were very polite.

We arrived quite late, coming from the Stone Forest. I had contacted the hotel beforehand, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They held a room for us and even gave us a free upgrade to a king-size bed room. Parking was super convenient, as they have their own lot. Any needs we had after checking in were promptly and well resolved. We had a great experience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was exactly as shown on the website.

The hotel's location is excellent, with moderate distances to various attractions. Parking is very convenient, available in both the front and back yards. The hot spring pool in the backyard was a pleasant surprise – the water quality was clear, the air fresh, and the service attentive. The hotel offers a simple late-night snack, consisting of porridge with side dishes and some staple food, which was refreshing and very satisfying after a hot spring soak. There's also a laundry room, and during peak tourist season when laundry needs are high, the staff are very helpful, which is a great bonus.

Traveling in Yunnan with my kids for a week, we stayed at three hotels: Wyndham Grand, Naga.S, and Atour. Atour was by far our favorite! 👍👍 During this peak travel season, at the other two hotels, I had to wake up every night in the early hours to do laundry, because that was the only time I could find an available washing machine. Then I'd have to time it perfectly to get to the dryer. I barely got any sleep. I honestly thought all hotels were like this, until I got to Atour and found out their laundry room has staff who do it for you! You just drop off your clothes with your room number, and they wash, dry, and fold them, then deliver them to your room. That's absolutely amazing! Plus, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The other two hotels should really take some notes!
