This time I went to Maitreya to relax. By chance, I booked Niu Xiaoxiao, which subverted my understanding of scenic accommodation! How to say it, it is like living in a friend’s exquisite small courtyard, from the red brick exterior wall to the room decoration, there are Maitreya elements everywhere, the boss and the proprietress are super good, and I have shared a lot of practical play guides with me. After I am tired from playing every day, I like to drink tea and blow the hair in the small courtyard. It’s much more comfortable than catching the attractions. I really experienced a slow life here. If the holiday is not about to end, I want to stay a few more days and come next time! ! !

The hotel's exterior environment is quite good, and the service response is very prompt. For example, having a car shuttle to scenic spots felt really nice. But!! Basic hygiene must be done properly, right?! Otherwise, everything else is just superficial and showy, adding no value whatsoever! It only gives an impression of being flashy but impractical, a real drawback. But what's most frustrating is the cleanliness of the room. We stayed for 2 nights, and on both the first and second nights, the bathroom drain was clogged, leading to flooding. The second night was particularly bad; the sewage was truly disgusting. For a suite costing over 3000 a night, this situation is truly speechless. This is Yunnan, not… We carefully examined it and believe there are two issues: 1. Inadequate daily cleaning, not thoroughly clearing hair and other debris left by the previous guests; 2. A design flaw in the hotel room. The room outside the bathroom, which has a bathtub, surprisingly lacks a floor drain. If it gets wet, there's no way for the water to drain. I initially thought the service was good, but when I checked out and reported the issue, there was no indication of any willingness to improve, just an apology. So, indeed, the service was just mediocre. I'm a local and have stayed in many hotels. I had hoped to bring my family here for a good time and relaxation, but I didn't expect this hotel to have such hygiene problems. I sincerely hope Yunnan can have truly world-class international hotels, and I hope for improvements!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again.

This time, I stayed at the Venus Hotel with my child, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hot spring area had many pools with excellent water quality; a soak there was incredibly relaxing. The swimming pool water was clear, and the environment was spacious and great for photos. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, and check-in was swift. My child loved the hotel. It’s definitely a top choice for a family vacation, and I'll choose to stay here again on my next holiday.

Cleanliness: Excellent! The cleaning staff had just finished when we checked in, and the room was spotless. Facilities: Well-equipped, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. I'd love to know the brand of those latex pillows! Environment: Very close to the main scenic area, just a few minutes' walk, which was perfect for the elderly. We had a great time taking photos. Service: Fantastic! The front desk staff were very helpful, answering all our questions and resolving any issues. Most importantly, they carried our luggage to the room and even drove us to the entrance of the scenic area when we checked out. Five-star service!

This hotel stay was amazing! Initially, I was deliberating between this and other hotels inside the scenic area, but the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the best decision. This is the kind of hotel I'd want to stay at for two nights. The lobby is exquisite, and the staff were incredibly warm and even helped me switch to the main building, which I preferred – a huge thank you! 🌹 The room was spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. As someone with germophobia, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The quiet environment and surrounding forest views were incredibly therapeutic; I could take deep breaths and enjoy a true forest bath. Plus, there are 16 different hot spring pools with various functions. Going for a soak both nights and being able to see the stars was truly delightful. Getting to the scenic area was also convenient with dedicated shuttle service. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and there were even various classes offered daily, though unfortunately, I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely love to come back and stay again next time! ❤️

Booked a brand new villa, so enjoyed all the advantages and disadvantages, first of all the advantages: 1. The room facilities are brand new, so it is very clean. Refrigerator washing machine TV mahjong machine, etc. are all brands. The washing machine is still washed and dried. There is basically no smell of new decoration. The family is very comfortable. 2. The environment is very good, the trees are shaded by birds and flowers, and in the Dongfengyun scenic spot, it is suitable for vacation; especially the pet friendly is very friendly to our pets; 3. The service attitude is very good, no matter what the problem, it will be promptly feedback and solved, which is also the reason for the final praise. Say the shortcomings: the brand new room did not go to the acceptance carefully, so there will be some details, such as the sink leaking, the washing machine did not connect to the water, the private soup pool put a little water, etc., because I stayed for one night, it was a pity that I stepped on the thunder, but after solving it in time, Follow-up guests will benefit from these problems. In short, the hardware in the homestay is very good, it is recommended, and we will go to play when we have time in the future. We are going for the private hot spring and pet-friendly. I feel that the store does not seem to realize that if it is not a private soup, the ordinary villa hotel is much cheaper.

The facilities here are really great, completely exceeding my expectations! 👌 Both the equipment and the decor are very modern. Plus, the environment is excellent, perfect for hanging out with friends. Most importantly, their service is exceptional; it feels very thoughtful and comfortable. The air conditioning temperature was just right, the bedding was soft and cozy, and the toiletries were all individually packaged, making them convenient and reassuring to use.

This was a wonderful surprise—this was my first time in Mile and the hotel was so affordable. It turned out to provide exceptional service. The room was big and bright, and just 20 meters away there were so many food choices. It was easy to take the bus to all the local sights. The reception staff were so kind in advising me on how to take the regional bus to Jianshui. Honghe Water Village is just opposite, that is, you can get there from Qianwang Gate. During the Spring Festival, fireworks are set off at the city wall gate at night. The location is very good, and there are many food nearby. The soundproofing of the room is very poor, and you can hear the conversation outside clearly in the room. The water for taking a shower at night is hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust to a balance point unless you take a shower after 12 o'clock in the evening. The service is pretty good, this is a hotel similar to a homestay 🏨.
