Rather cold night outside and it took a very long time for the room to heat up to a comfortable level. Heater fan is very loud

The hotel rooms are cosmetically deteriorated. The furniture was not clean. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The frames squeak when you move.
The lobby was cold with no heat. The breakfast was terrible. There was hair in the pancake mix. The juice was warm with no ice.
When we checked in the person who checked us in was smoking in front of the hotel.

Great service, comfy beds. Bathroom didnt have a fan and ceiling was like peeling, but it was clean and comfortable.

It was a good 1 night stay. The fixtures in the bathroom could use some replacing. The desk chair needs replaced.

Everything was fine except the hallways and breakfast areas were freezing cold. Pity for desk employees having to dress like Eskimos!

This property wasn't fancy and the breakfast wasn't as good as Hampton but the people were super nice and helpful, everything was very clean, and the price was very reasonable.

I can’t really give a full review of the facility as I was only there for one day. You can tell the certain parts of the hotel were dated (old carpet, marks on the tiles, etc. However, the room was well-kept and the bed and pillows were soft. Breakfast in the morning was fine. Selection/variety was good when it came to the food and drinks.

The receptionists, both at check in and check out, were very polite and professional. The room I stayed in was the worst condition of any room I’ve stayed in in years. The floor was sticky, there was water along the edge of the tub, mold along the wall next to the tub and the wall itself is in need of replacement. Actually, the entire facility is in desperate need of a serious rehab! Oh, to top it off, when I went to check the laminated sheet of paper with the tv channel listing, it had a dead, squished, cockroach stuck to it.
