Exceptional hotel only they need to update their restaurant hours

Overall, this is a good choice. Clean rooms and professional staff. Location is a bit isolated without a car, but a vibrant street with lots of restaurants is a few minute drive away. The main downside was the pillows. They gave us four side-sleep pillows. Did not sleep well because they are too fluffy.

The room is clean, the service is warm and professional, it is worth recommending! 👍👍👍

What a crappy hotel. I will never come here again. I didn’t feel I was served. I spent 6,000 in 2 days. I’m drunk too.

It is typical of American hotels, except that there are few commercial facilities around the hotel. There are no special features, and it is a hotel suitable for large banquet halls and conferences. There is a large department store in front.

This Hilton is located in the small town of Shorthills, New Jersey. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the breakfast is OK, the parking is convenient, and it is opposite the Masy department store. It is a good value for money place worth staying again. We drove from the hotel to Times Square and Grand Central Station for 40 minutes at noon.

Very good hardware facilities

After three years, the hotel facilities have been partially renovated, but the style is different and it is old. The front desk service is simple and rude. I have paid the room fee online, and the deposit including the room fee was collected when I checked in. I communicated with the front desk, and the reply was that I had to confirm with the payer before the refund could be made. So I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply I got for a day and a night was that I could never contact the payment agent. In the end, I communicated with the front desk to solve it. The hotel breakfast is very good.
