Front desk service was very good. Room seemed very dim.  Could be brighter … maybe start using led lighting. Tv remote didn’t work.  Air conditioning was very cold which was great, but was noisy too , not so great. … cover on bed was stained.

When we arrived there was a towel still on the bathroom door, you could tell that the towels in the other bathroom hadn't been replaced, one of the toilets had pee stains on it, and the fridge door was dirty (see pics attached). There's simply no way that anyone took time to clean the room! Thankfully, I always travel with sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down before use but the room should still have been cleaned.  The hotel itself is in a great location for shopping, groceries, and dining. The suite was spacious for the three of us and had a kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Unfortunately there was no cutlery, plates or cups in the suite, so we had to take extras from the breakfast area and use that during our stay. ​Breakfast ​menu options such as: sausage links, bagels, juice, waffles, yogurt, coffee and tea, etc. ​were available each morning.  Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, I was disappointed that the Homewood Suites brand that I've grown to really enjoy didn't meet the standard this time around.​
