It's good, but the room is a bit small and stuffy. It's inconvenient that there's no place to provide boiling water, and it's not very convenient that there's no restaurant. Other things are fine.

Very nice and clean hotel making our family trip enjoyable. The lady, Areej, corrected my mistakes while booking and gift card typo and had my Best Western gift card redeemed as expected before expiration. Great location for my wife's Premium Outlet shopping too. Highly recommended.

No complaints with this hotel. Room was clean, and bathroom was as well. We traveled with an animal and it was flawless. Pool area was nice, and the restaurant has nice options. You are very close to other amenities as well. Will definitely be our hotel in the future for trips.

Our room was infested with ladybugs. The room was also not very clean, found a used lipstick on the floor and hair in the bed

Stayed there because I had dogs with me for Christmas trip. Asked to be away from doors or elevators to prevent the dogs from barking at noises. Instead they put me next to the door, beside the elevator and the stairs. The smoking area was right outside my window so at 12:30 am there are 5 guys laughing and talking outside my window. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. I had to call the hotel to have them leave. When I brought up my concerns with the staff the next day, they couldn’t care less and just said. Sorry about that. Rooms are small, only thing is very clean.
Restaurant is very good, friendly and tasty meals.

Elevator was broken wasn’t offered 1st floor room for inconvenience. Also heat did not work in room. Will not be back. Plenty of other better choices for the money

Incredible friendly and helpful staff! Truly wonderful and no complaints about the service at all. Housekeeping of the room was also excellent given what they had to work with. While some of the hotel looks to have been renovated or updated, some is not and it certainly needs it. Stained ceilings and carpets, was concerned about mold damage behind the scenes. Elevator also needed some servicing.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Milton for many years and have always been happy with the hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are fine. I would have no problem staying again if needed.

Staff is friendly enough, the restaurant had good food. If you like West Indian fare I can say the Oxtail
Is very good.
