The location is good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel includes free parking!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I’ve had my morning sunshine when I’ve been for breakfast. Richard’s makes your breakfast feel like you’re in a 5 star resort with the welcome and biggest smile in the morning to make your day start great. The food is absolutely fabulous. Great choice’s pancakes made to order. Kids love it. Recommend very quiet hotel for being in the city. Recommend checking this place out if your in Cmk. Heather Brennan

I have stayed at the hotel about a week ago and the check in was very quick and friendly. Marius was an amazing person at the reception his professionalism was amazing. It made my way with how friendly he was. The room was adequate stocked up with basic stuff. The car park system is a bit complicated but managed to get around it. Big thank you again to marius and jakub as well for solving out any issue we've had!

Hotel was perfect for my needs However I followed Travelodge parking signage which cost me a £100 fine Hotel is aware of the problem which makes it worse I regularly stay at Travelodge hotels But will no longer expensive fine for Travel PLC
