Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Theatre District)

Stayed at this Premier hotel in Milton Keynes and it was just okey. The rooms are very basic and the service only average. Was placed in a room with a window that couldn’t open and found the room rather stuffy. It’s only a basic hotel but conveniently located. Would only go back if I have no alternative in Milton Keynes.

The bed was wobbly, need replacing or repair.

Woman on reception was rude and barely spoke to me despite me trying to make conversation. Room was fine and clean enough, the lift however had food all over the floor and remained that way from one day to the next so no cleaning had taken place. The breakfast was the worst thing. There was hardly any food out. Asked about dairy free options and was told there wasn’t any yet the menu said there was. What exactly did I pay £8 for, a banana and some apple juice. Wouldn’t return.

Room was clean and comfortable. Noisy at night due to nightlife, hotel right next to a nightclub. So I expected that. The lift was very dirty. Someone had dropped a whole tub of Pringles and it was there all day and evening. Still there in the morning. The WiFi is really bad, hardly any signal. Breakfast was a disappointment. Came down at 9am, ordered a continental. There were no croissants left or yoghurts. No orange juice, only apple or pineapple. The bread took an eternity to toast. I asked the waiter if anything was going to be refilled. He said yes, but twenty minutes later we were still waiting. So I paid £16 for a slice of toast and a cup of tea, unacceptable. Get your act together Premier Inn, you let the others down !! Won’t be returning

Would just like to compliment your staff on their outstanding hospitality. Colin and Vanessa both went above and beyond, Haylei too was especially pleasant. Make sure to reward your staff please as they all made me feel especially welcome and special. It's a stay I won't forget.

Brilliant location for the Xscape Centre and Shopping Centres. Good standard Premier Inn family room. Breakfast was very good. Everything was kept well stocked and very clean and tidy by Arychana in the restaurant and fantastic cooked breakfast by Onn the chef, thank you! The only disappointing thing was that the free Wifi was very poor while we were there and on O2 the mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak.

Great stay as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Room comfortable and clean, all staff helpful and great location for options of restaurants and bars. On site parking reasonable £5 per 24 hours. Would stay again if looking for a central location

Stayed in room 304. Popworld night club in street behind kept us awake until after 4am. Lady that checked us in was rude and didn't speak a word but chatted away to other guests. Went to pay for breakfast next day as up early and told too late and couldn't pay on the day. Very odd. Raised the noise and fact air con didn't work to be told contact customer service. Shocking customer service and apparently it's taking months to get reply from them. Lesson learned as location is really good but unfortunately some staff and room not so

Stayed here for the 3rd time,nice stay,everything was fine apart from I got billed £71.00 for something,no idea what, contacted the hotel but very very slow in getting back to me,no urgency to dort it out despite numerous emails and calls, clearly it should have been £7.10 but was incorrectly charged, it happens but its the lack of urgency to resolve it that is disappointing
