Couldn’t ask for a better property! Close to everything staff killed it and a breakfast joint and gyro shop on the block were top shelf !

It wasn't good for the price. There was also a problem with paying for room service, so I didn't feel good. However, Trip.com customer service was good.

Great stay, nice hotel and accommodations. Liked the cookies on arrival, valet service was excellent. Room drafty due to small home in window casing. Close proximity to walk to our event…even in the cold! Friendly staff.

Overall the staff was friendly, especially our valet parking attendants. There were parts of the hotel you could tell needed updating but everything was clean and great for a night of sleep!

We went in between Christmas and New Year. Downtown was more slow which was fine with us. The only two negative was since it was slow the buffet was not available for breakfast and we had to call for room service to clean our room. Otherwise we had a great stay, the work out room was also nice with updated equipment.

Staff refused to give me my Honors points. They said I did not get my points because I booked with a third party but I usually book with a third party and I have always gotten my points.
