Standard Westin, comfy linens, pleasant smelling sundries (thanks for being eco friendly with the big bottles). Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Looks like only queen rooms have bath tubs. Be sure to request the nice soft bathrobe (with slippers and lavender oil) Nice bar and lobby area. Easy walk to Art Museum (don’t miss this amazing place), Public Market, Riverwalk, and really just a short 1.2 miles walk to the Buck game.

I have been staying at The Plaza for 6 years, and it continues to impress me every year. The staff is friendly and personable. It is so nice to feel like you're being cared for by professionals who are also real people capable of laughter and conversation. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and the beds are so very comfortable! The convenience of the kitchenette in the room is always nice, although I very much recommend eating at least one meal at the Cafe which is superb in both food and service.

What am amazing hotel. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I said WOW. The staff greet you at the front, in the lobby and again at the desk. I was given the choice of the older more historic area or the tower. I chose the tower because I prefer a more modern room. The room was larger and nicer than I expected. And the view toward the lake is spectacular. I had lunch at the cafe, met with friends at the lobby bar, and a fantastic dinner at the upscale restaurant. We felt well taken care of at the conference. The set-up worked well. I so appreciate a conference where it’s easy to return to your room during sessions. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that weren’t as nice. Glad I added on a few extra days to enjoy Milwaukee, including being able to walk to the lake, the river walk, and many other fun sites and restaurants.

Great location and comfy bed. Room was nice size… we had a junior suite. The decor of room was a little garage sale eclectic. Wall clock did not work. Nice having a full-size kitchen. If you think you see two little girls walking down the hallway holding hands and a little boy riding a big big wheel, don’t worry it’s just your imagination! Surprise no complementary coffee or coffee maker in room. Only place to get coffee is lobby and they charge. Kind of a bummer fora hotel in this day and age, especially for the cost.

I went to Milwaukee for a day & chose to stay at the SpringHill Suites in Milwaukee near the fiserv forum. Few things to bring to your attention. When we checked in, at 11 pm, the staff was incredibly rude. She did not great us, and appeared high off of drugs. All she said to us was “ ID”…”Your card not working that’s on file” and then when given another payment.. “I can’t take your card” & pointed to the card machine. Did not acknowledge what room, the card issue & had a terrible attitude which was a red flag in itself. When we got to the room, the floor was OBVIOUSLY not vacuumed or cleaned. There were pieces of food under the night stand & clear beads from a clothing packet all over the carpet. Bathroom tiles had hair on them. For that reason, I kept my shoes on because it felt so unsanitary. You may ask why I didnt call the front desk, well because I already knew your employee would not care & give me even more of an attitude. Would recommend you go else where, no matter what the other reviews say. Worst service ever. Not clean.

I received exceptional service from valet Daniel. I had left my phone in our car and discovered about an hour after we’d had it valet parked. Daniel assured me it was no problem and readily agreed to bring it to me—he hurried off to the parking spot and came back with the phone at a run. Daniel was courteous and helpful.
