When we checked in, we were greeted and served with a welcome dessert and Japanese tea. The room was big in Japanese context with a split-level design and a courtyard. The room has all the amenities you would expect. We liked the settings of the "talking room", in which light music was played in the background. There are also coffee and tea available in the "talking room". Breakfast and dinner were truly delicious. Perhaps, the only downside is that the size of the onsen hot tub in the room is a bit small.

Environment: Full of surprises, Japanese-style wooden house, every detail and layout is very similar to the one in the anime, as if you are in a fairy tale house. Facilities: Although the room has air conditioning and the bed is covered with electric blankets, it is still a bit cold in early December, and you can only warm yourself up by taking a hot spring bath. Service: The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service to Kurokawa Onsen Station. The hotel includes dinner and breakfast, which tastes good, in the form of set meals, and are also very delicate. This hot spring hotel was selected after many guides. In order to book this hotel, I even adjusted the travel time, and I was not disappointed in the end.

The service is excellent, the service staff are polite and the feeling of moistening things silently. The room we booked this time is very special, especially the small staircase in the room. Everything is simple and natural, recommended~

The environment is very good and the room is comfortable. The dinner and breakfast sets are very rich. The hot springs are also satisfactory. The location is convenient and very close to the Kurokawa Onsen bus stop. Despite this, the hotel still provided us with a pick-up service, which is very grateful!

The room is an independent cabin, very quiet, and the loft design is very unique. The hotel is surrounded by nature and very relaxing. Corn rice is delicious😋

Contact the hotel and they will arrange a car and they will pick you up at the bus station and take you to the hotel. They will also ask you about your return time when you leave and arrange a car to take you back to the bus station, which is very considerate. One stay and two meals, the food quality is very high, the service staff are also very attentive, they will try their best to help us even if they can't understand the language.
