Very close to the ski resort, clean and suitable for family travel

Great location right in front of the ski resort. I feel that it is a hotel that is easy to use without any problems if you are going for skiing. The ski resort celebrated its 55th anniversary, so considering that the hotel has been around for that long, I think it's been well maintained, but it feels old because it's still built the way it was in the past. It is not suitable for those who want to take a relaxing bath in a hot spring. Also, I think it can be difficult for elderly people to just walk around the facility. There is an elevator, but since the hotel is long, most of the time you have to move sideways. If you are a family with small children, I think they will be happy with a hotel of this size. Also, the ski slopes are right in front of you, so it's great that you have easy access to the ski resorts. There are many meals that children can eat, so you won't have any problems. The prices seem relatively reasonable for a hotel. I thought it would be a nice hotel for a family trip. However, I think it would be better if there were facilities for children and adults to enjoy their evenings a little more, such as table tennis, a game corner, and a bar lounge.

I was prepared after reading various reviews, but it turned out to be a better hotel than I expected. I think it depends on the time of year, but I felt like I stayed there around the end of August, avoiding the Obon area, which would be crowded, so overall it didn't feel crowded and I had a comfortable time. In terms of service, I felt that there were few amenities and the explanations were simple and insufficient, but I was satisfied with the meals and activities. The rooms and facilities inside the hotel are undeniably old, but I think they are well kept. The room type is a Japanese-Western style room, which is spacious enough. There were some areas where the wallpaper was peeling off, but it wasn't that noticeable. However, the map inside the building was difficult to understand and I got lost finding my way to the coin laundry. Additionally, you need to be careful as the floors change as you cross the hall. It was nice to be able to choose our own dining venue. They also held a Korean fair, and I felt like there were a lot of menu items that kids would enjoy, such as a kids corner and local cuisine. The evening fair was packed and fun, but perhaps due to the time of year, there weren't many staff members, so there was a bit of a wait. It was more comfortable than I expected, and most of all, my child really liked the hotel, so we're considering staying there again next year.

A family-friendly hotel with children, the hotel is within walking distance of a pool, amu*****t park, mountain stream garden and tennis courts. It was a great hotel to have fun in, with a handicraft workshop where you could make summer vacation creations, and a fair held in the evening. It feels like you have to plan your time well to play, so it might be good to have a timetable that tells you how to play. The guest room has a bed light that gives you a sense of history. Amenities are also minimal, so it's better to bring your own. However, considering the overall price, I think you can stay there for a cheap price. Although it is a retro hotel, it is a very cost-effective hotel to stay in considering the value of having fun in the pool and other facilities. I think it's a good hotel for families. There were winter photos displayed in the hallway, so I'm looking forward to coming back in winter.

I used it in August last year. It was midsummer, and the temperature was high, but the pool was very cold and the water was cold, perhaps due to the location. When we got out of the pool, it wasn't too cold, but when we got into the pool, our kids' lips turned blue and they didn't really want to go in. Playland is ok. The room was very dirty and painful. The walls and curtains are full of stains. Blood on the curtains? ! There were some color stains that made me think that the room was a very calm place to rest. The rented towels also had a smell. The fair was fun. I won't be returning because the room is too dirty and I don't feel comfortable. I think it would be better to spend a little more money to repair the torn walls and clean the stained floors and curtains.

I don't want to go there again because of the worst customer service. I have been using the service for over 20 years, but this time a man wearing glasses in the cloakroom challenged me and said, ``You were standing in line.'' Even when I told them that I was lining up properly, they didn't even apologize and just looked me down and said, ``That's fine,''! What on earth did they think of the customers? They treated me with such rudeness. It's a shame because it's my first time. If you can't educate them properly, don't send them to the site! Anyway, even if I write a complaint like this, the hotel won't even look at it, and I don't think they'll make any improvements, so I don't feel like using the hotel anymore.
