Quality Inn & Suites Minden

Staff was great but the room was dated with some cosmetic issues like broken electrical plates. But for a quick overnight stay I would recommend.

When travelling with families we prefer to have breakfast before starting our day. But, inspite of the booking stating that breakfast included, there was nothing provided except coffee. We end up paying extra bucks but end up wasting our time by going out to get it. That is really incovenient.

No gym, no continental breakfast, no pool (ok due to weather) horrible filthy laundry facilities, rooms OK need updated, TV did not work, had to exchange,owners not very receptive, staff Rosa (I believe) was the best! No vending machines. All this was posted, but when we got there NOTHING! Had shower caps lol, Stayed 5 nights, never again!

WiFi doesn’t work in room, it works only near the office. No amenities listed on the website like not hot tub, no breakfast. The room had an extremely strong scented odor. Also, I booked the hotel in the wrong location and there was no help from *******.

You pay for what you get!!! Want a cheap hotel with a bed that’s outdated, or pay,more for a free breakfast. Itmos what it is.

Heater was so loud. Water was leaking from Heater. Door lock was not working at

The hotel is run down and only a few customers. The seconded floor unusable and blocked off. There was no breakfast. The Indian manager was difficult to understand. You should remove this property from your listing.

Property was run down, would not expect this level of accommodation in Minden, NV, very disappointed with the dilapidated and poorly presented exterior and interior amenities. Would not recommend this property to anyone, and definitely will not rebook this Quality Inn for future stays in the area.

The motel looked significantly better online than in person. The furnishings were dated and beaten up in my room, and the building overall seemed to be in disrepair. There were also a lot ants in my room and the bathroom floor looked dirty, although it might just be old/dingy. Not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely not worth the price that I paid.
