Great place to stay were it not for the front desk personnel that were not very well trained. Clerk had difficulty finding my reservation on check in but after a couple of calls managed to get it right. On check-out clerk spent an inordinate amount of time trying to straighten out another guest’s bill - so much so that I agreed to have my bill emailed to me, which didn’t happen until I called them the next day. Bill only included additional charges, not the total. Explanation was that since the reservation was made through a third party the information was not available, curious because I had no trouble getting a bill from three other places I had stayed during my trip. It’s a real shame to have what was a pleasant stay downgraded because of front desk incompetence.
