這家民宿的性價比非常不錯，環境衞生很好，樓下吃的店鋪挺多，最主要是這家老闆大叔的服務態度真的很好，昨晚很晚才入住，老闆還親自到停車場接我們，有如回家的感覺，這就是民宿公寓比酒店服務更好之處體現，下次有機會還住這家!

這家民宿的服務態度特別好,服務員對每一個人都很熱情,能夠及時給我們提供需要的幫助。大屏幕投影看視頻真的很爽，晚上看個電影睡覺太舒適了，下次如果還有來福州一定還會再回來住的設計也很有特色。性價比不錯很好!關鍵老闆長得很帥，很像任達華

床很硬，床墊超級薄，稍微一動就咯吱咯吱響，床單被套一股很濃很臭的煙味，衞生間垃圾簍裏堆滿了不知道什麼時候什麼人擦過屁股的衞生紙，衞生條件極差，不知道怎麼來的好評
