Best Western Plus The Normandy Inn & Suites

Service was excellent. Friendly staff all-around. Amazing food at restaurant, including stellar service. Hot-Tub could use some updates, but was an overall nice spa area. Shuttle is hit or miss, depending on staff availability. Would recommended, just for the atmosphere alone.

Decent hotel. Very bad internet connection around the hotel. Had a constant problem with internet.

I booked two nights, but I left out the first one because my room was so cold with the fireplace on and the heat at like 80… ridiculous

I paid on ******* for the room, but then was charged again for the room when I arrived and I’m not talking about the deposit. We were also told we’d be reimbursed for parking which we never were, during check in apparently we were supposed to get a parking pass but they ran out of them?? Next morning when checking out I asked the front desk lady about it and she said we were charged for it anyways and the parking lift was broken so it didn’t matter. She sounded like she couldn’t be bothered with any questions and was annoyed. I definitely don’t recommend staying here but since it’s the cheapest in the area it’s understandable why anyone would be here. Expect minimum effort.
