Experience was less than ideal. First called to comfirm reservation and get confirmation number for app. They could not find reservation at first. They proceeded to tell me 4 separate times i booked through a "third party." Set up app, not able to check in on app, needed to stop at desk and put a card on file for incidentals. Then they proceeded to tell me an additional 3 times i booked through a third party. To top it all off they had no valet parking left and proceeded to tell me i could park in a parking ramp a half mile away and walk back, cost was $12 and it was 28 degrees out. Who does not have adequate parking for the hotel: one spot for each room...plus they charge 35.00 for parking for spots right outside the hotel door. (3 spaces). At $900 for two rooms you dont even get free breakfast, you have to pay for that too. Again, let me remind you I booked through a third party in which beacause of that I deserve crappy service.
