I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!

The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....).
The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me.
I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much!

For our New Years stay at $500, the roof view was awesome : ( . Should be remodeled especially the bath tub shower.. Bed was comfy, lighting in the room ****** . Had to move lamps around. Staff very nice.

I booked a certain room for my stay, it was my first time coming out so I wanted it to be a good trip. I explain to the stay that I didn’t get the room I wanted. The staff was very rude and didn’t fsrd

Great room good art on the wall around Minneapolis. The hotel receptionist was super. She help me out explaining the parking situation. I think the shower could use a light inside a bit dark. The TV next to the hot tub Jacuzzi should be behind glass so no one decides to electricute themselves. Room service was good. Food was great. The fan was loud in the room. Other than that I would come back again it was a short walk to US bank stadium just follow the sea of purple outside walking towards the game.
