Only one thing I found notass ok, all the bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower All empty. A

Everything was great The luggage carts could use a cleaning off There was food or something stuck to the base where you place your luggage The table on the 3rd floor as you get off the elevator was showing serious signs of wear and tear Rvertrhibg else was great

I switched rooms 4 times total because of the uncleanliness of my room. In every room there were crumbs on the floor, one room had a few big red stains, beds were stained and had hair on them. I was very disappointed as I have never had this experience. I spent maybe 2 hours total in my room because of this only to gather my belongings and shower the next day before getting back on the road.

The shops nearby were great. Only had a muffin for breakfast, but the rest of the people eating appeared to be enjoying themselves.

The rooms were super clean. The staffs were very friendly and professional. And the breakfast was a superb. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Staff had a bit of an attitude. When I arrived they looked at me like a delivery guy not a prospective guest.

Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen!! Literally only had cereal and what was supposedly biscuits and gravy but guess what, no gravy!

Room was not vaccumed prior to checking in. Floor had crumbs of some sort all in the room. And both mattresses were filthy under the sheets. Stains around the edges.

Had to wait 20 min for someone to come to the desk to check in, not an employee around for 20 min. Hotel run down a bit. Bathroom was dirty.
