Very nice service and very clean hotel was very closed to city center in minsk Belaruse

The location is okay for the price, and that's probably the only good thing. If you try to take a shower in room 411, you'll be kindly greeted by mold in the shower stall. And once you're done, you'll be amazed by the huge puddle of water leaking from underneath. A dirty toilet brush and a broken flush button will complete the ambiance of the entire bathroom. The carpet in the room is dirty and smells musty. They let us leave our bags before check-in, which was very helpful. But after we checked out, a different receptionist said she knew nothing about it and that leaving bags wasn't allowed after all. The same goes for extending the room – we couldn't do it to avoid lugging suitcases around for 10 hours before our flight. I won't even mention the renovation; for this price range, it's more than decent. But the cleanliness and condition of the room are terrible, as is the lack of an elevator to the 4th floor. I highly recommend paying a little extra and choosing a more customer-oriented place.

Great place for amazing value. Can definitely recommend. Would pay a visit anytime.

The hotel itself is nice and rather modern. It’s relatively far from any of the major attractions in Minsk. The metro is about 20 minutes away and the city centre about an hour away on foot. The room is clean and spacious. The shared bathroom however hadn’t been cleaned and was rather disgusting. Overall a nice play to stay if only to sleep.

Everything was excellent. Comfortable room and bed, the receptionist is very kind and always ready to help you and he speaks perfect English, the location is near to a nice park and to the bus station.

Quiet place!

Quiet, clean but little bit worn out hotel
