I found the hotel in Minsk to be quite good overall. It was very clean, and the rooms met the expected standards for a 5-star property. However, the service was surprisingly unfriendly and lacked the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this rating. In a 5-star establishment, service should be a top priority, but that unfortunately wasn’t the case here. Staff even refused to call a taxi for guests, which was quite disappointing.

Ok let's get the little niggle out the way first ...First impressions count and last ! Driving into the carpark was not a great experience as the garden area looked terrible 😞 Sorry to say but you need to get that sorted. The hotel itself was excellent from check in to breakfast. Nice big clean rooms with smiles from all the staff.
Would certainly recommend but please tidy the garden areas up around the carpark.
