Excellent hotel with spacious apartments and a perfect central location. It was very convenient to get around and explore the area. The apartments were comfortable and well-equipped. A big plus is that the hotel is dog-friendly. Highly recommended!

Great location, the hotel is quite new. Couldn't observe any issues with facility. Service is great, staff are ready to help. The only area for improvement is breakfast - it seemed to me too limited.

The experience was fantastic. Check-in was quick, the receptionists were very nice and explained everything in detail. The interiors are beautiful. The rooms themselves are also well-designed and equipped with everything you need. They even provide robes, which is a rarity these days. The restaurant is cozy, and the staff is helpful. However, we didn't have breakfast. On the downside, there aren't enough dishes in the kitchen. Towels aren't changed during cleaning.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of Minsk. The rooms are large and very spacious. The only thing we didn't like about the room was the single large bathroom. It's not very convenient for a family. Breakfast is a 7 out of 10. We didn't like the quality of the porridge, eggs, and scrambled eggs. We also wanted some potato pancakes for breakfast (we are in Belarus, their homeland, after all), but for some reason they weren't available. A doggie fee was $30 for the entire stay. There's a large parking lot with a barrier, very convenient.

The room was great, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with tableware. You can cook your own meals. There's also a gym with all the equipment, making it excellent for business trips. Highly recommended! 😀😀

Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. There's just one caveat: there's a concentration of sleazy spots across the street, it's a bit noisy, and you can't open the windows. Plus, the adjacent part of the embankment hasn't opened yet, so the less-than-classy crowd gathers under the fence.

A really cool hotel in the heart of the city! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the main attractions and meeting points for excursions are within walking distance. The breakfast is also good, but not super varied. The cleanliness, orderliness, service, and newness of the hotel are simply top-notch! And the view from the room is beautiful. Wonderful hotel, great location near Trinity Suburb and Svobody Square. Conveniently, there's a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cable TV. The room is spacious and well-insulated. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The hotel consists of two buildings connected by a passageway. Access is through a barrier from Maksima Bogdanovich Street. The second building has a lounge, restaurant, and a good, spacious gym. The location is convenient, a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the main attractions are within walking distance. We think we were given a studio room because it had an extra sink and countertop. It's uncomfortable; the light in the rooms is too white. The bathroom and its tiles need a more thorough cleaning. The window in the room is small, with a view of the new Astoria Hotel. We're now saving money to stay there next time instead of this hotel.

First, the pros: - perfect location; - friendly staff; - early check-in (lucky); - the room has everything you need, if not, they suggest calling reception. Now for the bad news: - expensive; - the only request when booking was to be away from the elevator, so we checked into the room first from the elevator; - the room turned out to be a connecting room; - a stifling smell of dampness and humidity that doesn't go away, reception only provides information about possible causes (heating) instead of solving the problem; - the bar manager is incredibly sweet; she alone knows the cocktail menu and was forced to make everything herself. It's scary to imagine what would happen if more than three customers came in for cocktails at once. Conclusions: - price/quality mismatch; - few competent staff; - a lack of attention to customer requests, even verbally, unfortunately.
