Из плюсов: + Прекрасный вид на реку + Вкусные завтраки + Доступный прокат велосипедов + Вкусные коктейли в баре И все было бы прекрасно если бы не одно но, мы приехали отметить мой день рождение. Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

Cons: the rooms require serious repairs, especially the bathroom (the plumbing is dead, the curtain in the shower remembers the times of the USSR), the wallpaper is moving away, the room was declared to have a mosquito net on the windows, but it was not there, the bedside rugs obviously have not seen cleaning for many years, walking barefoot is strictly not recommended. Cleaning also leaves much to be desired, the feeling that it simply did not exist. Threw out only garbage from a bucket. Previous caring tenants left 2 pieces of Brunswick in the refrigerator, which made it impossible to use the refrigerator (it stank accordingly) - make your own conclusion on cleaning. And a bonus - the lack of a shoehorn, which should be in the basic configuration of any hotel.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. The hotel itself is just magnificent: high ceilings, stylish interior, lots of colors, art of objects. polite staff - and administrators and maids. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.

БОЛЬШЕ СЮДА НИ НОГОЙ! Проживала в отеле неделю. Единственный плюс данного заведения - действительно просторные номера с хорошим видом. На этом положительное заканчивается. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking opposite. Spacious rooms, just a tired renovation, would refresh. Old plumbing, furniture. Breakfast was not taken, nothing to say.

No disposable slippers, no disposable toothbrushes. I had to walk barefoot in the room. The room was cold and I caught a cold after three days of staying. The electric kettle feels like a product from 20 years ago. Really the facilities in the room are too rudimentary, saying that it is Samsung and I feel like living in a guest house. .
