Best Five Star Hotels in Minsk

We were in this hotel not the first time and as always everything was on the top. Beautiful spacious room, large bathroom, large swimming pool with panoramic windows overlooking the park, sauna and jacuzzi.

Stopped for 8 nights in this hotel (room luxuriant), writing a review on the course of the case. Clear shortcomings: - the air conditioning system does not work in the room, open windows at night. For an infinite period of time we waited for the ordered dishes, tried to find out when they were ready, 35 minutes later the husband brought a boiling soup, 15 minutes later my salad. We left, didn't start eating and wait for the main dishes. This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking opposite. Spacious rooms, just a tired renovation, would refresh. Old plumbing, furniture. Breakfast was not taken, nothing to say.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

We were settled in this hotel, to say that I was very happy-it's nothing to say!! The hall is chic, cool, everywhere are coolers, couchs. Resepshn- too at height! Girls have foreign languages. Elevators are fast, clean with mirrors. I was alone in the room. TV, phone, refrigerator, air conditioner. In the bathroom everything is clean, towels and underwear are given. You could go for breakfast if you wanted. Bar on the first floor. Shops and subways next to you. In a word- service, as if I visited abroad! I put five stars out of five, of course I recommend to stop here!! Olga.

Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful.
