We were settled in this hotel, to say that I was very happy-it's nothing to say!! The hall is chic, cool, everywhere are coolers, couchs. Resepshn- too at height! Girls have foreign languages. Elevators are fast, clean with mirrors. I was alone in the room. TV, phone, refrigerator, air conditioner. In the bathroom everything is clean, towels and underwear are given. This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

Pros: the location of the hotel is really good, next to a stop, a park, a museum of the Great Patriotic War, an embankment and a large shopping center, 20 minutes walk to the city center. Cons: the rooms require serious repairs, especially the bathroom (the plumbing is dead, the curtain in the shower remembers the times of the USSR), the wallpaper is moving away, the room was declared to have a mosquito net on the windows, but it was not there, the bedside rugs obviously have not seen cleaning for many years, walking barefoot is strictly not recommended. Previous caring tenants left 2 pieces of Brunswick in the refrigerator, which made it impossible to use the refrigerator (it stank accordingly) - make your own conclusion on cleaning. I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.
