The room I stayed in had nothing to do with the photo, it had a small window overlooking the balcony of the next room. Make sure the room you rent matches the one in the picture. In addition, the water didn't work well, the bidet had been used and there was still a towel inside it is soap, the mini bar was very noisy and you could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom of the next room, honestly I think I had the worst room in the establishment..room 11. Otherwise, I have nothing to say, quite the contrary, it is a very beautiful and well-kept space with many activities, farm animals. They serve a good breakfast.

Very beautiful , calm and scenic place. The beach and lake was just 12 min away with good dining and decent shopping options. This place is also v close to Aveiro , Porto or Coimbra. We loved our stay.

Been here for the first time last week. The hotel exceed my expectation. It seems the hotel has 3 separate main buildings in the area. You must wear your mask inside the property. It has been a wonderful experience to spend family time in the hotel. 1. LOCATION The location is easy to reach by google maps. You will read a small sign (Herdade Lago Real). If you pass the road to Mira beach, you can see the hotel from your way. It is only 4 mins from the city center. When you need something, you can go there to buy things to Pingo doce or Intermarché. 2. PRICE The price is OK. We paid almost €100 for 1 night and it is worth-staying more than 1 night there. We booked by phone and paid at the property when we checked-in. 3. PARKING It is easy to find park your vehicle there and it is totally free. 4. FACILITIES I do not know which one I should mention first since they provide many things. - ROOM The room is quite spacious for 3 of us. The room is clean and well equipped. They have TV, AC, and small fridge. Unfortunately, our fridge did not work well. We put our drinks there and did not cold at all. The bathroom is quite big and with complete equipment. It is clean. You have bath-up, hairdryer, clean towels, and bath compliments. The building seems like an old building but it doesn't matter for us. They do maintenance well. Everything is clean. - POOL They have main pool and small pool in other building. Both are very clean. It is very good for relaxing. Many benches are available for the clients for free. - Tennis yard, football field, bilyard, bicycle are for free. You just need to go to the receptionist and ask them. - LAGOA The kayak is free. It is so good to ride the boat there. The water is clean. Good view. - SMALL ZOO They have some animals to see like birds, pony, and many more. It is free to see around. - Playground for the kids for free - Bar near the pool. - Massage place. You can do appointment and pay there. - Buffet dinner is available at the property €15 per person. You must do booking in the receptionist. 5. STAFF Staffs are friendly and helpful. They are nice. We saw they always clean the space due to covid19. 6. BREAKFAST Food is good. We like it. You have fruits, bread, drinks, and cereals.

Perfect for a relaxed and quality weekend. The estate is very quiet, the rooms are huge and with a lot of privacy, we stayed in an exceptional room, with private access to one of the pools. Everything very clean and tidy and friendly staff. It has pedalos to take a ride on the lake, bicycles to ride around the estate, a small tennis court, a bar with games like ping pong and snooker and of course a spectacular pool with a pleasant island in the middle where we can relax. The estate has very nice little animals that come to people and ask for parties, we fell in love with the ponies and dwarf goats. Breakfast is reasonable and there is also a buffet lunch/dinner. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, it's about a 15-minute drive from Mira, where you can find a variety of restaurants.

Two horrible nights. Even changing rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it's even less than 2 stars. Extremely uncomfortable rooms, mattresses with decades of years that when we lie down it feels like we are on the platform and in a hole without being able to move. Rooms without air conditioning, it's the culmination. They smell moldy, super humid and with a ceiling height of almost 4 meters, it looks like we are sleeping in a warehouse. The breakfast is a must, coffee burnt, the scrambled eggs are not natural, it looks like liquid from a packet, the juice is powdered or sunquick, the toasts are soft, the breads are dry, the fresh cheese is not nothing, it's a bar with no flavor whatsoever. It keeps the facade but the truth is that they stopped in time for improvements. I strongly advise against it and if you are asthmatic you will not be able to sleep for sure!

The pool, despite being cleaned every day, always had mosquitoes and other dirt floating around, it seems that the filtering system was not effective.
