The hotel was clean but our room was terrible humid and the sheets and blankets were wet. Housekeeping was great but you are in lima and you must have a dehumidifier in rooms if not a heater

The room was clean and nice, but the noise from the refrigerator motor was bothersome. Also, the next morning there was construction going on in a nearby room, which made the noise bothersome.

Poor communication The hotel is in a poor Location far from shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. However I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I understand they didn’t have a refund policy but I just asked if they could move my booking to my preferred dates. They were quite ambiguous and deceiving telling me it’s no problem and they can accomodate me this evening. Only to arrive and still be charged on top of my original booking. Very disappointing. I understand it’s my mistake and happy to cop that but I would have appreciated clear honest and upfront communication

Lovely hotel nearby everything we needed - bike rental, supermarket, breakfast etc. the rooms were clean and comfortable.
