Mercure Miri City Centre

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

Room is clean and comfortable. If you need to know, the pillows are the fluffiest that’ll support your spine in your sleep. A few non functioning locks (toilet) and drawers (fridge) but nothing too major that affects stay experience. As a business traveller, it’s important to note that the room is filled with sockets which means no power supply concerns.

Hotel good as always, service was excellent. Offer Gelato for free, yummy….

Right at the centre of Miri City. Good place to stay and very convenience. If you love to drink, infront of the hotel is MING CAFE !!!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room is a little small. Amenities are just average, some items are near to expiry / expired. Toothpaste from April 2024 and it was already “hardened”.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and tidy. Location is very close to wireless walk, food stalls and shopping mall.

Value for money. Right in the city center and within walking distance to time square. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No chair at all in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed or floor. Complimentary gelato is ok, so don expect too much.

The hotel smells very good as you go in, rooms are clean and they continously check if everything is OK.
