Strategic location in the downtown of Miri City, especially opposite is the famous local restaurant. Everything is great and love the complimentary ice cream provided.

The design of the hotel is good. However the toilet is super smelly. If this can be solved, definitely will come back again.

Love the location and rather trendy rooms. As working trip, I would consider if to be inclusive of working table shall be best option. Overall happy with my first stay at Mercury Miri City Centre. love the big screen in front of bed.

Good size rooms, clean. Favorite place in Miri for work, business. Situated in the middle of Miri, accessible to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clinics, convenience stores, malls just by foot. Staff placed my in my usual floor, very helpful & never fails to assist. Had a light dinner on the rooftop, the food is commendable & a variety of cocktails, beers, whiskeys, sake, etc. Recommend the local cocktails infused & some with with local rice wine “tuak” base. Enjoy the sunset at the roof with good food & beverages. Cheers!

-Staff friendly & helpful. -GYM operate with 24 hours. -Swimming pool at Roof floor & nice view from there. -Overall nice stay & ambience on the environment. -But the parking need to paid when 2nd time entry.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I hope everyone can enjoy it. Love the complimentary gelato. I always sleep well here. The shower is like a massage therapy. Definitely coming back here again!

4 night on business trip, first time stay at Mercure Service: the security, the reception, the waiters very friendly, helpful and tactful Room : Very clean, beedsheet crips as new Bathroom: very clean, great quality bath towel, Botanical hand soap, hair shampoo&conditioner , body wash Gym: small but clean, the equipment is good Pool: decent size just for chill after busy day with business meeting and events. Rooftop Bar: great view, conducive environment (see pic view from the rooftop bar and pools)

Happy with our stay. Highly recommend. Although my room was not provided with shower tower for the 1st night. I was provided on the next day, that shows they are alert.

Location is good. Hotel hygiene js good. Room design is modern and user friendly. We had good sleep during our stay. Will come back again. A good hotel and I would recommend friend to stay.

The room is relatively small and the hygiene is decent, but the only downside is that the music playing outside the hotel is too loud and can be heard clearly even on higher floors.
