friendly staff and cozy vibe. really recommend it and also good place to take a swim at swimming pool!

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. In general the room was great, spacious and clean. Cooking utensils also provided but we dont use them si ce some of it has scratches. There is in room washing machine but we sent our clothes for dryer at level 2. Swimming pool was just one level down from our room. There are few different seating set up nearby the pool. We enjoy the place so mucb

the bed is super comfortable, the service is fast, and the airport transfer is very efficient! what i like the most is as a solo traveler, I feel safe.

Had a wonderful stay at Jinhold Hotel Miri! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the airport, shopping areas, and local attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money and an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Miri!

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.
