It is great hotel to stay. The bed so comfortable and lighting is great. Cozy and nice to be here. Walking distance to eatery places and shopping mall.

Good service given by the staff. I have no complain about my stay.

i stay in 2107 and cannot sleep at all because of strange things keep knocking on my door . tomorrow decided to change my room

I book kingsley hotel miri ,after I check in I go to my room and I saw inside hotel mat very dirty and smelly I thought inside room should be ok what I saw in website but once I enter my room inside too much smelly than outside room even u can’t stand for couple of minute,I complaint to reception than they bring me to other room and there also same thing I don’t want to stand anymore there ,I go counter and asked them for check out but they told me we can’t refund you any money,if anyone plan to stay here please don’t ever stay here otherwise you will just waste your money on this hotel.
