Despite having stayed in numerous hotels and homestays, this is the first time I am compelled to leave a negative review regarding service quality. Upon entering the room, the immediate impression was that the floor was dirty and sticky. Initially, we chose to overlook this, as we understand that cleanliness standards may vary between establishments.
However, once we proceeded further into the room, we were genuinely alarmed by its condition. After making three calls to different phone numbers, we were finally able to reach the person in charge. We were then informed that the staff responsible for room allocation had overlooked the fact that the room was scheduled for renovation and had been left vacant for approximately one month while awaiting renovation work.
Service: Careless — we were assigned a room that had been left vacant for a month and had not yet been renovated.
Handling attitude: They simply send a “sorry” message and then asked us to change to another room by ourselves.
Please ensure proper inspection is carried out before allowing guests to check in next time because not every guest checks in on time, this caused significant inconvenience to guests who checked in late and to those traveling with children.
