Reviews of Kizukuri No Yado Hashizuya

The waitress was terrible. I was expecting a relaxing stay because they seemed to have a good reputation for customer service, but it was a disappointment. When I asked my children if they wanted more rice at dinner, the waitress said, "Wait a minute! We're handing out the tempura now! Mom, don't be so hasty!" I felt like I was being mocked. Also, when my husband ordered a chuhai and I ordered a beer, she said, "So your wife drinks beer, I thought it was the other way around," and when my child tried to dip the tempura in the ponzu sauce for the yakiniku, she said, "That's meant to be eaten with salt!" There were many comments that were upsetting. At breakfast, I asked another employee to change the waitress, so the morning waitress was nice. However, even though they must have known that I was upset when I asked to be changed, there was no apology from that point until check-out.
