Great location. Just opposite to North exit Mishiami station. Breakfast was included with various choices and beverage. Easy automatic check in and check out with machine.

Good price, and good location. It is very convenient to railway station. Hotel room is clean. Room is pretty small, but good for staying for short period of time.

Although the hotel is situated next to the train station (north side), one needs to walk around the railway station to get to the south side. One cannot walk from the north side of the station through to the south side. The stations are not connected. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus service to the south side of the station. Breakfast spread is sufficient and the staff ensures food is always available. It can be crowded during breakfast as the hotel is quite popular with the locals.

Bit old facilities, acceptable size if single in staying a room. But good front desk services. Only with 5 mins walk if getting out from Mishima station ! Nice place for travel!

I asked for a cancellation 20mins late due to timezone and hotel refused to do so. What a bad experience.

The transportation requires crossing the JR station. There are not many food nearby. I ate at several snack bars but they were not delicious. However, it is a transit hotel with a close location and convenient transfer to Mount Fuji.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and there is a JR station downstairs, which is very convenient! There is a shuttle bus to the JR South Exit (see Figure 4 for the timetable). The South Exit is very close to the shrine and the river. You can take the JR to Numazu Port Fish Market by one stop. The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 15:00. The golden eye silk that costs 1200+ in Beijing Japanese restaurants only costs 100 RMB here. Eating a fish is equivalent to earning back the money for a plane ticket.

The room is relatively small, but very clean, with everything you need, such as a hair dryer. It is close to Mishima Station. Transportation is convenient. However, for a family of three, if the child is a junior high school student, you have to book two rooms, which is slightly more expensive.

The room and bathroom are a little small but acceptable; there is no air conditioning in the public corridor of the guest room, which is unacceptable in such hot weather in July. The breakfast is hygienic and of good quality, and the service attitude is also friendly. In particular, the hotel provides free mini bus to the south exit of Mishima Station and the bus station, which is unforgettable. In addition, you can see Mount Fuji from the hotel, which is great!

The hotel is clean and sanitary, and breakfast is provided. I met a Chinese-speaking front desk, who was very friendly. The transportation is convenient and very close to Mishima Station. Mishima has Shinkansen, JR, and Izu Hakone Railway's Sunzu Line. The hotel is at the north exit, and it's a short walk from the station. The north and south exits of this JR station require gates to pass, but there are more restaurants at the south exit, and the bus to Skywalk is also at the south exit. Fortunately, we have a JR pass, otherwise we would have to buy an "admission ticket" every time we go there, or swipe the bus card to deduct the fee. Fortunately, the hotel has a free shuttle bus from the north and south exits, which is also convenient for guests.

This is my first trip to Japan in 5 years since the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a great time. Thank you to the reception staff, the shuttle bus driver, and the ladies who made breakfast. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Japan. Take care!

It is a 300-meter walk from Mishima Station, opposite the Nihon University building. There are beautiful and delicious restaurants near the station. The facilities and service of Toyoko Inn are beyond words, a first-class experience.

The service of this hotel is really bad. I sent a message to the store in advance saying that I had to catch the Shinkansen in the morning. The hotel replied to me: We will try our best to arrange it when we arrive. After checking in, I told the front desk about this again. The front desk replied that there would be packed bread and coffee on the designated table at 6 am, and I could pick it up myself. Well, I went to the designated table before leaving in the morning, but there was no packed breakfast. I asked the front desk, and the waiter replied: In order to maintain hygiene, you are not allowed to take it outside to eat. I... I am speechless. You replied that you will try your best to arrange it when you arrive, but there is no follow-up service?

After Mishima Station, walk a short distance north to reach the hotel. I chose this place mainly for turnover. The hotel is not bad. You can see Mount Fuji from this certain direction. The staff is also very enthusiastic. Datang can check in by itself. In addition, the variety of breakfast is also pretty good. Overall, it is worth recommending.
