The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

Airport pickup service was efficient and the driver was very helpful with luggage on a cold Toronto morning Room was ready and front dek staff was helpful and alert even with a very late checkin

Super basic, wouldn’t go back to a Hilton. Room had depressing, cool-toned lighting, I was surprised that not even the front desk had makeup remover wipes. The snack selection near check in was limited and WAY overpriced. I just thought it would be a LITTLE better. Attention to detail here would go a really long way. Think of the things that people might need during unexpected travel delays - being a hotel beside the airport.

Shuttle service was super convenient. Hotel in a boring location between busy roads. A few restaurants close. The room was big but bathroom very small with a bad shower. We preferred to eat in the steakhouse a few minutes down the road then the hotel restaurant. Check in quick

It was a bit older than I expected. The sleep was actually pretty good though.

Very good hotel for a layover in Toronto Pearson Airport area. The hotel (same as almost all in the airport area) counts with a free shuttle bus running every 30 minutes. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. Restaurant food was good too. I would recommend this hotel in case you need to layover at YYZ or also for a day-use in case you are connecting and there are several hours among your flights.

Lovely property, easily accessible with free airport shuttle. Lobby bar with lovely ambiance, great for remote work.

Great overnight stay traveling thru Toronto

The staff was very helpful, we arrived a bit late and they know what they were doing. It was a good experience.

Good but not best

The hotel was good. Breakfast was good. I checked out early in the morning and went to the airport, but I missed my flight. The next flight was not until the afternoon. And I returned to the hotel, and staff kindly agreed when I asked to come back to my room before they cleaned it and stay until noon.
