Courtyard Toronto Mississauga/Meadowvale

They charged more than the total in my reservation for no reason. When I brought it up, front desk said it was taxes. I explained very clearly that it was not. They kept on arguing and saying I need to trust them. I mentioned that I am an accountant and I am good with numbers the guy said I am an accountant too when he clearly can’t do basic math. Whole problem could’ve be easily resolved with a very small refund

The Staff at the courtyard are very friendly always say HI with a smile and there to help in anyway they can.

Room was so clean floor and bathroom was clean Staff was very helpful at night opposite room was really noisy they were talking on phone in the balcony and were audible from room it was sleeping time and they were drunk it was 12-3am continous loud sounds informed front desk via call and issue was resolved there was nothing wrong with the hotel just it was weekend and people are sometimes difficult

The space separation between sink and toilet and cleanliness

Amazing service room was very clean and staff was very helpfull.

I didn’t get chance to take photo Toilet tab is broken water was dropping What they have place on mattress I thought that would heating matt on bed it was not I’ve to adjust it again and again

Great front desk staff and the room was excellent. Only issue on this visit was the temporary renovations to the main entrance area which was right outside my 2nd floor window.

Great place with nice and tidy rooms, there is parking all around the building.
