Great front desk staff and the room was excellent. Only issue on this visit was the temporary renovations to the main entrance area which was right outside my 2nd floor window.

Great place with nice and tidy rooms, there is parking all around the building.

The location is somewhat removed, but it is accessible to the highway and there are bus stops nearby. The facility itself more than met my expectations. There was a pipe that burst in the lobby during my stay, but it didn’t affect my impression of the hotel or its facilities. We were all notified in advance of the disruption to the water. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

It was a great stay. We did not include breakfast with our stay; we thought the room would have a microwave. The front desk staff are very helpful they advised if a microwave is in stock we will get one and we did! As with everything it is the little things that count. Very helpful pleasant staff.

Excellent hotel and service. We had free coffee in the room, only missing thing in the room is tea.

Wow! I was absolutely blown away with this place. Not one complaint. The staff went above and beyond, specifically in regards to asking for help on how to best get to Budweiser Stage from the hotel. The front desk literally looked up and gave us a map with clear precise directions on where to drive to, where to park, what go train to take and all options available. Incredible help. This hotel should be a 5 star in my eyes. I will stay here anytime I go back.

The hotel has a nice location. But the cleaning staff is not very friendly. The concierge staff is generally helpful. Parking is free and spacious and ample.
