convenient place to sleep before or after a flight, Reasonable Pricing

Decent hotel. However, the staff is a little rude. There is plenty of parking. The gym is extremely small. The pool is decent but not always in working order. There are gas stations and a couple of restaurants nearby ( a subway , a steakhouse, and an Indian restaurant). Rooms are nice with comfortable beds and a walk-in shower.

Excellent service and cost for one night. The airport shuttle is excellent, even for very early departures. Reception staff friendly and accommodating The room was spacious and clean.

Good place to stay. But the heater noise was kinda loud but not warm enough. We thought that it was all like in Canada that however, we stayed at the other hotel the next day, they had an LG air conditioner with a heater. The heater was very quiet and very warm. We even had to open the window somehow.

Very good location only 10 minutes away frm Pearson Airport Toronto, they give also compliment service shuttle pick up and drop off from and to the airport. The room's is reasonable and the bath room too. Recommended if you want to visit Toronto and Niagara Falls, the rate also reasonable. They provided coffee machine in Lobby.

Close to airport, and provide shuttle services. However the room doesn’t even provide a kettle, room services are very limited. Most of the time they require us to go down to the lobby to grab something we want eg utensils.

After a long day of delayed flights I just wanted to get some sleep, but unfortunately it wasn’t easy. Called for the shuttle, got put on hold for over 5 minutes. So I hung up and called back, was told where to go for the shuttle but only had 4 minutes to get there. Asked if they would hold the shuttle for like 2 minutes as I had two kids under 5 and it was getting late, plus they had just placed me on hold for so long and that wasted time. I was told no, and the next one would be 30mins. We proceed to the pick up, I ended up having to call back because it was 10 min past pickup time and zero sign of the bus driver. He finally shows up, it’s a tiny bus and there was soo many of us that not everyone would fit. Thank god we got on, We squished in like sardines, luggage in some peoples laps, still people were left behind and told it would be a 35-40min wait for the next ride. Get to the hotel, front desk lady was very nice and gave the kids a treat, however once we got to the room we were a little disappointed as there was a big brown stain on the bed skirt (white part that lays under the mattress) I quickly checked the sheets, they seemed fine. The pillows on the bed could be better as well, they’re small width wise. So disappointed with our stay as Best Western Plus is always our go to because we’ve had wonderful stays at other locations.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. The bartender Maria was lovely.

We checked-in for a night when we arrived from a long haul flight. Started our road trip early the next morning. Great location, clean amenities and friendly staff.

While I didn’t really use any of the services, my stay was perfect for my needs.  I needed a late check.  I was tired and found a clean and comfortable room.  It was an easy quick check in. The room had everything I needed, it was quiet. I had a good sleep, waking refreshed and the checkout was fast and I was in my way.  Perfect in every way for my needs.  Thank you.

The only down side was no room service from the restaurant on sight.
