Super Hotel Miyazaki Natural Hot Springs Reviews

Hotel staff is good and assign a room with disabled toilet for my family member. Breakfast is good but it would be crowded usually. The mattress is quite soft and my wife had back pain after sleeping.

As expected from a super hotel! The price was reasonable and the quality of the service was very good. I knew there was a hot spring, but I was surprised to find that welcome drinks, including alcohol, were free until 11pm. The service at check-in was also polite, and I was able to stay comfortably 😄

The affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.

In a triple room, the upper bunk is not even made, and you have to make it yourself. The quilt is not a quilt cover, but you are given a piece of cloth in the middle. The room is ridiculously small. The hot spring pool is very small, and the bathing area can only accommodate 4 people bathing at the same time. It is really speechless that such a small hot spring is open to guests other than the hotel.

The location is good, close to the entertainment district. The hot spring is small, but the water was good. However, the cord of the hair dryer in the dressing room was too short. The unit bath in the room was smelly, and small. The breakfast menu was too limited. There was nothing to eat, so it was a waste to get the plan that included breakfast. I think the welcome drink is a good service for people who like shochu. I don't think I'll come back.

The bathing space is small, so I have to go to the public bathing area to take a bath. The advantage is that all kinds of alcohol and beverages are free, so you can drink or make drinks by yourself.

We were very satisfied with the free breakfast and the large natural hot spring bath! The front desk staff were very friendly and we had a great time! There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner. There are also many affiliated parking lots, which was great!

The front desk attendant was very good and willing to answer our questions though, although verbal communication was not very clear.The room was normal, the hot tub was not big and could only be used by up to five to six people at the same time, but it provided for a long time so it was counted content.

The room was very ordinary. The unit bath was small and I didn't take a shower, I only used the toilet and the sink. But there was a hot spring, so it was fine. Also, there was a free drink corner for alcohol, so I was able to have a few drinks. There was a partner car parking lot across the street from the hotel. It was a bit far to walk from Miyazaki Station. There were many izakayas nearby.
