The hospitality was excellent. The food was also delicious. It might just be the room I booked, but there were no cups, so I recommend bringing your own. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel offers many satisfying aspects, including friendly service and good value for money. Although the location isn't ideal, the complimentary shuttle service makes up for it. While the public bath facilities are a bit disappointing, the inclusion of breakfast and dinner, plus the chance to stay in a tatami room, are major advantages. The staff's kind attitude was also a plus. My only minor regret is that the reception desk isn't always staffed.

The price was low and the value for money was excellent. The service was excellent and I had no complaints, but there was no elevator and the men's bathroom was on the fourth floor, which was a bit of a challenge for me, who has weak legs.

年輕的老闆娘很貼心也很周到，提供好多當地的旅遊資訊給我們，包含當地美食地圖、旅遊路線細節、公車時刻表、行李寄存處等等，還開車載我們到車站，真的很謝謝她的幫忙！ 旅館裏面古色古香、澡堂乾淨且溫暖、早餐豐盛又美味，是個非常幽靜美好的地方！

非常好，旅館人員非常友善，下次再去的話會繼續住返哩間
