酒店正常退房時間是中午12點。保潔早上9點開始每半個小時敲門一次，一直敲到11:50z而且巨沒禮貌的那種，把我吵醒。從沒有住過這樣的垃圾酒店。已經向酒店和攜程反饋，退了10%的房費，但是絕對不會再來了

不是你想象的五星凱悦，就是一個鄉下motel.我拿着三個拉桿箱（另一個人去停車）前台穩穩的站在那裡看着我掙扎進來毫無幫助的意思。晚上九點到酒店本以為可以在酒店餐廳吃點東西，結果今天不巧餐廳吧枱都臨時關閉。roon service是沒有的，迷你冰箱裏也空空盪盪，衞生間門關不上不要緊，電話也不工作，走到前台問了才知道根據猶他州法律迷你冰箱是不放東西的。第二天早上餓醒了，想着好歹酒店有早餐，吃了幾口豁然開朗，怪不得猶他比美國其他州胖子少，原來是因為實在食品太難吃了。酒店沒有浴袍，拖鞋，洗漱用品。不要忘了自帶哈。

Large room, updated and very clean. The hot tub is huge and the breakfast buffet is delicious. We have stayed here many times, it's always a great experience.

The service was less than expected, especially in the restaurant/bar. Housekeeping was noisy in the mornings and rousted guests up by 8AM even though check out is posted for noon.
The hotel boasts Tempur-Pedic beds, which was a deciding factor for our stay, they do not have these beds, very disappointing.

Very nice rooms. Entire hotel was extremely clean. Our room was nice and spacious which is great especially when traveling with a pup.
