Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

This wingate is on the edge of the town. It is separated from the park by the entire town, but it takes 5-8 minutes to drive to the center. It is quite convenient and is a cost-effective choice. Arches Park is very popular. You have to make an appointment and pay $2. The scenery is really worth it. It is the best experience of this trip. The hotel has an elevator, is luggage-friendly, has a swimming pool, and the breakfast is much better than the last Wyndham I booked. At least the eggs are fried, not the kind of cold omelettes full of technology. The bathroom is large, the bed is good, and the linens are also good. Except that the white old lady at the front desk is a bit arrogant and the shower water flow is a bit small, everything else is good

Moab is not big, it is about the same as a town in China, so the location of the hotel is not important, and the location of this hotel is also good. For parking, there are about 20 parking spaces in front of the building, and there is another parking lot behind the building, with about dozens of parking spaces.
