We paid $100/night for this hotel. Honestly, it should be half that price. The only positives are its location and a decent breakfast, and that's about it. Renting a mask and snorkel at their in-house dive center costs 270 pesos, while at the dive center by the sea it's 100. There's zero soundproofing, and the air conditioning is incredibly loud. The 'blanket' is a thin, dirty throw, and the bedding looks worn out. I really don't understand the high price and all the glowing reviews. For a hotel with a dive center, there's no hairdryer. The rooms are infested with ants. The sun loungers and hammock near the beach access are covered in dog pee. We actually saw them do it. Be careful!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it: - The location is perfect, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. - It has its own pool. - Delicious breakfasts and amazing staff; we even exchanged dollars at a good rate there. - Private access to the sea. - It's about a 7-minute walk to Chili Bar, where you can see turtles and sardines. We left with nothing but incredibly positive feelings.

Not far from Sardin Beach, there's a dive center on-site. Breakfasts are à la carte. We arrived late at night and were checked in immediately. The grounds are clean.

Everything was great: the staff were friendly, the rooms were fresh and clean, and everything you could need was provided. The restaurant food was delicious. Thank you for everything! I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Overall a good place to stay and recommended, with a few areas for improvement. Mainly being the air con in our room and some little finishing touches. Nice pool and surroundings, clean and tidy.  Particularly great location walkable into town and can dive/snorkel straight from the hotel.  We swam from here to the sardines about 500m. Pros: Nice rooms seemed recently painted. Minibar and restaurant both very fairly priced. Cocktails good.   Breakfast ok. Location fantastic. Pool area good. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard and efficiently. Bathroom fairly typical for here, a little tired and low pressure - but don’t expect western standards. Constructive feedback: Air con in our room was inadequate which did affect our enjoyment, it wasn’t able to lower the temp below 27 degrees at all during the week. No sign of the sunset yoga mentioned on the website, would have been very keen. Multiple rooms with the same number depending on room type, seemed to cause confusion on almost every staff interaction. Could easily be simplified one room per number 😂. One towel per person in the room feels tight for a place expecting people to be in and out of the water, no hand towels etc.  To feel a bit higher / mid end as I think this place is aiming rather than a budget hotel - it’s lacking some of the smaller finishing touches on the decor etc - such as new towels which aren't tired, a hair dryer, tissues/some cosmetics, free-service water in the rooms not just reception, would make a big difference to it feeling a bit generous and instead of basic / providing the bare min. We went and got extra pool towels. Dive centre was fully booked when I was there, but not a problem as there are dozens of others in walking distance. Suggest contacting them in advance if you are keen on using the facilities in-resort. Went there to the dive centre 3 times to try and arrange diving and lady on the desk was friendly but communication was bit of an issue and she didn’t really know basics to answer fairly simple questions other then pointing at the price list, such as availability over the next days. Don’t hire fins and mask for snorkelling in-resort. 650pp vs 200pp 10 mins walk away in town, lady at the dive desk was embarrassed to tell us the price - not her fault.

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

We were there with my daughter just for some days and spent to receive PADIS diving certification due to the coach Lin and Head of diving center John, see the Mallball paintful food market and see the local life in seaside. The seawater is clear like glass, plenty of sealife under the leg even close to the beach, awesome surrounding - mountains, tropical vegetation and fancy restaurants and hotels along the beach and of course local boats looking rustic and gorgeous. The food was delicious, staff was friendly. Everything was the best!
