Reviews of Hotel Europa

We booked a family room at Hotel Europa, but instead were given separate rooms — and even accommodated in a different hotel nearby. This was not what we expected, and we were not informed in advance. At the very least, an update or explanation should have been provided. When you book one thing and get something else, it's very frustrating. Overall, poor service and disappointing experience.

Central location close to station and Ferrari Museum Modena

Living all the way from Naples to Modena, it seems that ants on the lower floors in Italy are unavoidable, but despite this, there are indeed areas in the hotel that are not kept clean. (The toilet is very clean, and the toilet is tidied with more care than the bedroom) The location is truly invincible, very close to the train station, museums, restaurants and supermarkets.

Camera pulita e personale molto cordiale in una struttura posizionata vicino il centro di Modena. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno su richiesta, a pagamento.

距離MODEMA火車站很近，很方便。酒店比較古老，早餐一般，中轉一晚上可以。位於市區，周邊也有意大利餐廳。

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado, excelente servicio y desayuno.
