Very quiet, rural area. Excelent hosts with breakfast options
that would shame most quality hotels.
Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities.

Very friendly, informative hosts, wonderful breakfast and accommodation generally. We would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return when in Modena. A hotel stay would not have compared to the service and attention we received.

The owners are very friendly people, very helpful. The apartment is very clean and nice decorated, nice beds and bathroom. The breakfast is excellent with only fresh foods, juices and the owners baked all the pies themselves. Just perfect! Many thanks for our very pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay! Gianna and Giuliano are an incredibly pleasant couple - we LOVED Gianna's homemade breakfast and sitting and speaking with them. They helped with a few itinerary questions.
We would definitely stay again.

The room was excellent, with private parking. The hosts are very kind, but the greatest surprise was the breakfast: at least 8 different cakes & pies, all home made! I tasted 5 of them and I can't tell which was the best! Thanks for your hospitality

Terrific host!
Breakfast spread was amazing. Nice quiet area from which to launch sightseeing expeditions. Ferrari museum and Modena balsamic vinegar producers very close by.
