Delicious and romantic detached cottage in the town center, Castello neighborhood, behind the Church of St. George. The house Ziicedda (Auntie in Sicilian dialect) is presented with warm, natural tones combined with the Mediterranean colors of the ceramics and accessories. The house is on two levels, the upper floor is the living area with kitchenette and sofa bed where stands a warm limestone wall Modica and a rooftop terrace which overlooks the city. At the entrance of the terrace is double bathroom with shower and laundry. Downstairs you can access both from inside through a small scale, so narrow as it is beautiful, from both the secondary door at the foot of the staircase Vico Sacramento. In this floor there is the sleeping area with a first area with sofa bed and TV embellished by beautiful stone wall, the master bedroom with panoramic city views and bathroom with shower. In these comfortable rooms, in a perfect blend of tradition and modern touch, harmonious mixture of antique furniture and other essential design, tiled floors, stone walls and colorful walls.
