We stayed for one night at this B&B in the heart of Modica. The area was quiet and easily accessible, with parking available close to the property. All amenities were provided, and the place was spotlessly clean. However, the hospitality truly stood out. The owner was incredibly charming and helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. In the morning, she prepared a wonderful homemade breakfast for us, including pancakes, homemade cake, and many other delicious treats. These are the moments that truly warm your heart. Thank you.

Strategically located for visiting the city, just a short walk from the center but thankfully away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was generous, varied, and of high quality. The real standout feature is undoubtedly the owner, who manages the property with incredible passion and love – and it absolutely shines through! Highly recommended!

I spent two nights at this B&B in the historic center of Modica. The room, situated in a former communal oven, has been meticulously renovated with attention to every detail and equipped with all necessary comforts. It was spotlessly clean. Angelita, the owner, and her husband are truly wonderful hosts. They provided us with excellent recommendations on what to visit, ranging from popular tourist attractions to more off-the-beaten-path experiences. A clean and welcoming B&B with free parking conveniently located nearby! Our host, Angelita, was consistently kind, helpful, and attentive! The rooms were delightful and full of character! It's just a short walk to the center, though it does involve some steps – but that's part of Modica's unique charm! 😍 Breakfast, available upon request, was abundant and varied, featuring fresh fruit, drinks, homemade orange jam (prepared with her own hands!), pancakes, a delicious chocolate cake, yogurt, milk, rusks, and various biscuits – truly a wide selection! ☺️ Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that you can bring your furry friends!
